We're based in Morehead City and cover Carteret County as our home turf — Morehead City, Beaufort, Atlantic Beach, Newport, Emerald Isle, and Cape Carteret see us regularly and get same-day on-site response for active emergencies during business hours.
We extend into Craven County (Havelock, New Bern, James City), Onslow County (Jacksonville, Midway Park, Hubert), and Jones County (Maysville). On-site scheduling in these areas is typically one to two business days depending on the week. Remote work — software issues, account access, email configuration, most network troubleshooting — is same-day everywhere in the region regardless of location.
