We answer the phone Monday through Friday, 8AM–6PM. Most calls are triaged on the spot — if it can be handled remotely, we often start during the same conversation. For emergencies outside business hours, we're reachable at a service fee.

We ask a few questions about what you're seeing. Many issues can be resolved remotely during the same call or within the hour on a screen-share session. If you need someone on-site, we typically schedule within one business day.
Before any work starts, you know the estimated cost. After work is done, you get a plain-English summary of what was fixed and what to watch for. No invoice surprises.
